Dr Stephanie Morstead is a passionate Osteopath dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. A graduate of Victoria University, Steph completed both her Bachelor and Master of Osteopathy, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centred care.
Steph's journey into osteopathy began through her own experiences with injury and recovery. Growing up heavily involved in basketball, she developed a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that pain and injury can bring. The positive impact osteopathic care had on her own life inspired her to pursue a career where she could help others overcome similar challenges and return to the activities they love.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Steph is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She believes that education is a key part of treatment and works closely with each patient to provide the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to achieve their individual health goals.
Steph has a particular interest in treating headaches, neck pain, shoulder conditions, and upper back dysfunction. She utilises a broad range of hands-on osteopathic techniques, including dry needling and electro-needling, tailoring every treatment to the individual's presentation, lifestyle, and goals. Her focus is not only on relieving pain but also on identifying underlying contributing factors to support long-term outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Steph maintains her love of basketball and enjoys spending time with a good book or movie. Her active lifestyle and personal experiences with injury continue to shape her understanding of movement, recovery, and the importance of helping people get back to doing what they enjoy most.
Steph is an accredited osteopath and member of APRHA
