Osteopathy
Our approach to Osteo care
Reduce pain. Move better. Future-proof.
At Rapid Recovery, we don't want you feeling better for just a week or two - we want to help you feel and move better for the long run.
Every Osteopathy appointment follows our structured model of care:
1. Reduce pain - Recover faster
Early on, our focus is understanding what you're feeling, what may be contributing to it, and how it's affecting your movement.
Your practitioner will use hands-on care (when appropriate) and simple, personalised guidance to help you build early momentum.
We typically see you once or twice per week in this stage.
2. Move better - Address cause
As symptoms begin to settle, we shift toward improving how your body moves and functions.
This stage focuses on:
- restoring mobility
- improving coordination between joints and muscles
- addressing contributing factors (load, strength, posture, technique)
- gradually building control and confidence
Appointments in this stage are commonly weekly or fortnightly.
3. Future-proof - Stay strong
This stage helps you maintain progress and support long-term movement and resilience.
It is ideal for people wanting to stay active, support their workload or training, or reduce the likelihood of recurring issues.
Most people attend every 2-4 weeks, depending on their goals and lifestyle.
