Tara Jenner is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people to reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. Tara developed a strong understanding of client care and rehabilitation, after working in a busy physiotherapy clinic, which inspired her to pursue a career in remedial massage therapy. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage and has since built a hands-on, client-focused approach centred on pain relief, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Tara has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interests in sports injuries, chronic pain, postural tension, pregnancy massage, and injury rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping clients recover from everyday aches and pains, sporting injuries, and movement restrictions while supporting overall mobility and physical performance. Her growing expertise in scar tissue treatment and recovery-based care allows her to provide tailored treatments that support the body through every stage of healing.

Her treatment style is professional, supportive, and highly personalised. Tara takes the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, movement patterns, and goals before tailoring treatments to suit their individual needs. She combines remedial massage techniques with a calm, welcoming approach to ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout every session. Clear communication and ongoing education are important parts of her care philosophy, helping clients better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their recovery journey.

During her training, Tara gained valuable practical experience working in a five-star spa environment, assisting athletes at Ironman recovery events, and participating in workplace massage programs for Toyota staff. These experiences strengthened her ability to adapt treatments across a wide range of clients, from active individuals and athletes to people managing chronic tension and workplace-related pain.

Outside the clinic, Tara is actively involved in local sport and community life. She currently plays football for a Rowville team and has participated in more than eight different sports throughout her life. Her sporting background gives her a strong understanding of movement, injury prevention, recovery, and athletic performance, helping her connect naturally with active clients and people wanting to stay healthy and mobile.

Tara is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to continue expanding her skillset through advanced training in dry needling, cupping, and fire cupping therapy. Her long-term goal is to become a highly skilled, well-rounded therapist known for providing effective remedial massage treatments that genuinely improve quality of life.
