Introducing Dr Steph Morstead
How to manage Tendinopathy?
If you've been living with persistent tendon pain that just won't go away, you may be dealing with tendinopathy. Unlike a short-term injury, tendinopathy is a chronic tendon condition that can cause ongoing pain, stiffness, weakness, and reduced function, making everyday activities more difficult.
At Rapid Recovery, Senior Myotherapist Stacey Ponton regularly treats clients experiencing tendinopathy and helps them return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation.
Natalie announced Advanced Remedial Therapist
Rapid Recovery is pleased to announce that Natalie Gossip will move to the clinic's Advanced Therapist pricing tier, effective 1 July 2026.
The change recognises Natalie's exceptional clinical expertise, unwavering commitment to patient care, and the outstanding results she has consistently delivered throughout her five-year journey with the clinic.
As a highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, Natalie has built an outstanding reputation for helping clients recover from injury, manage chronic pain and improve their overall wellbeing. Her expertise spans Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Massage, making her one of Rapid Recovery's most in-demand therapists.
That's it for this edition of our monthly newsletter. We will be back next month and let us know if you would like us to cover a topic or explain a treatment - it's all part of the Rapid Recovery service!
