Rapid Recovery is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr Emily Laffin to the newly created position of Head of Osteo.

Over the past 12 months, Rapid Recovery has experienced significant growth in both the performance and development of its Osteopathy team. Emily has played a major role in that success through her commitment to clinical excellence, practitioner mentoring, team support, and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Emily has become an invaluable member of the Rapid Recovery team, consistently demonstrating leadership and a genuine passion for helping both clients and practitioners thrive.

Why we are creating this role

As Rapid Recovery continues to grow, we remain committed to investing in leadership, development, and support to ensure we can continue expanding sustainably into the future.

The creation of the Head of Osteo role recognises the significant contribution Emily has already been making behind the scenes while providing her with dedicated time and responsibility to further develop and strengthen our Osteopathy services across all clinic locations.

In her new role, Emily will lead a range of strategic and clinical initiatives, including:

• Practitioner mentoring and professional development
• Recruitment, onboarding, and support of new Osteopaths
• Growing Osteopathy service capacity across the clinic
• Building referral relationships and strengthening our GP referral network
• Maintaining clinical standards, consistency, and continuous improvement
• Supporting practitioners to build successful and sustainable careers
• Developing systems and processes that enhance client outcomes and experiences
• Strengthening collaboration between Osteopathy, Myotherapy, and Remedial Massage services
• Working closely with the marketing team to drive awareness and growth of Osteopathy services
