➡ What if I can’t make it one month?
No problem—your credit rolls over. It never expires as long as you stay active.
➡ Can my partner or kids use my credits?
Yes ❤️ . Each tier lets you substitute credits for family/friends (2x, 4x, or 6x per year).
➡ What about cancellations or no-shows?
If you cancel after 5pm the day before, or miss your appointment, that month’s credit is forfeited.
➡ Can I still claim private health?
Yes! ✅ We email you a receipt right after your appointment so you can claim manually with your fund.
➡ Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can suspend for up to 3 months per year (with 2 weeks’ notice).

We only accept 5 new VIP memberships per month.
Why? Because we need to balance memberships with leaving space for acute injuries and last-minute emergencies.
There have even been times where we’ve had to pause VIP sign-ups completely due to demand.
