Over the last few years the most common feedback we were given is “Why is there no loyalty program?” We’ve listened to what you want and here it is!
We now offer a VIP membership program… where you can have the equivalent to every 8th, 10th or 12th appointment FREE!
It’s a monthly direct debit where the more appointments you sign up to, the bigger the discount and more perks.
The concept is taken from a loyalty card and we’ve just loaded it with extra benefits.
On top of the discount the VIP membership offers:
- Priority access to emergency appointments
- Credit that doesn’t expire! (provided you are still a paid up member). This means if you can’t come one month, we hold that credit for you until you are able to use it.
- Can substitute friends and family into appointments
- Free hot stones or dry needling (gold and platinum)
- Discounts on extra appointments
- Discounts on products
- Price Lock – In the event of a price rise your membership price is locked (from the start date of your membership) for 12 months
Membership appointments are available Monday to Friday, with a start time before 4:45pm.
