How Long Should I book for?
Booking length is important to help get the results you want. For this reason Rapid Recovery offers a variety of lengths to tailor treatment time to what we need to get the best results for your body.
For this reason, we offer a variety of treatment times 20, 40, 60 & 80 minute sessions. However, we highly recommend that you have a 60 or 80 minute appointment for your initial consultation. The best way to look at it is, the more time we have, the more benefit we can give you in a session.
Private Health Insurance & 3rd Party Payments
Private health fund rebates are claimable under osteopathy, remedial massage or myotherapy depending on your therapist. In fact, all locations have on the spot, electronic claims (via HICAPS). Deep Tissue Massage appointments are not available to be claimed under private health insurance.
We also offer treatment that can be partially or fully paid for via (click for more info):
- WorkSafe Victoria
- NDIS
- DVA
- TAC
- Home Care Package (helping older people to live independently in their own home)
Please note for anyone with HCF – Due to no deal being made between Cameron’s & Stacey’s association (Massage Association of Australia) and HCF, as of June 30 2019, you will not be able to claim appointments with them. However, you can still claim with all of our other pretty awesome therapists who aren’t affected by this!

Do I Need to Get to My First Appointment Early
I personally love the “if your not early your late” saying, but getting to your appointment a minimum of 15 minutes early is a thing of the past. This is another case of technology making everyones life easier.
When you make your first appointment at some stage in the following 30 minutes you will receive a text message. This message has a link to our online intake/ health history form. It gives us all the info we need before your appointment and lets you complete this at a time that is most convenient.
The system is locally owned, and is one of the most used allied health systems in the world. They pride themselves on keeping your information private & secure.
Late Notice Policy
Changes to appointment must be made by 5pm the day before your appointment. We’re busy, and we hate people in need missing out on appointments. We do what we can to make sure as many people get quality treatment as possible but late cancellations and no shows stop others in need from receiving care.
