Rapid Recovery was founded on bringing the principles in massage & rehab from a professional sporting environment to our local community. Although there were plenty of relaxation massage services within our local area, there was nowhere dedicated to providing the benefits that the highest quality, deep tissue massage could provide. In particular, none to help people to help with pain, injury or performance. Then Rapid Recovery was born.
Consequently our treatment is targeted to the areas that you want/ need to be worked on. Above all it helps with pain reduction, reduced aches & stiffness. Additionally it will help you to relax, recover and for your body to perform at it’s best – whether thats to help with chronic pain or sport!

Dry needling is a fantastic tool used in conjunction with remedial massage and/ or myotherapy. We use very thin needles to help release trigger points to decrease pain and improve quality of movement.
Sports Therapy
Assessment, treatment & rehabilitation of sports and general injuries. Once moving well again we then look at how to prevent reoccurrence with a long term corrective exercise and treatment plan.

Our Secondary Healesville Massage & Remedial Massage Location
Our clinic has 3 rooms, to increase appointment availability we lease a second Healesville space at the Healesville Wellness Factory. Appointments for this location can be made using the same phone number as our main clinic or be booked online.
Our room is in the second building at 38 Don Rd, inside the complex with ample parking. Look for the little blue gate, walk through it, and head into reception. If booked here, you will receive a reminder text 1-2 hours before your appointment to ensure you go to the correct location.

We find you a suitable appointment time and take your name, email and phone number. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details

Yes, we do offer same-day appointments based on availability. We recommend calling early in the day to increase the chances of securing a same-day slot.
You will receive our Health History form via text after making your initial appointment. When you arrive our therapist will talk with you & conduct a thorough assessment to understand your specific needs (not as much if you select deep tissue massage as your appointment) . This will be followed by a tailored treatment session designed to address your specific concerns & a treatment plan for long term results.
Yes, ample parking is available on the street outside the clinic.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and EFTPOS. For clients with private health insurance, we offer on-the-spot claims processing through HICAPS.
If you require payment through a 3rd party e.g NDIS or a Home Care package please call us so we can get everything set up before your appointment.
