A “Home Care Package” supports older people to live independently in their own homes. The aim is to allow people as they age to maintain the capacity to safely live in their own home for as long as possible – a goal for many!
Support through the Home Care Package can include:
- Help with house hold tasks (we recommend LMacs cleaning)
- Equipment (e.g. walking frame)
- Minor home modifications
- Personal care
- Clinical care such as nursing & remedial massage!
When remedial massage is funded through a home care package there is no out of pocket expenses, we can even send the bill direct to the plan manager meaning you pay nothing at the time of the appointment..
Every treatment is tailored to your short and long term goals. We help to decrease pain, maintain movement & improve mobility, helping you (or the person you are reading this thinking of) to live more independently, for longer.
We’re currently registered with many home care providers. In saying that we are more than happy to apply to other plan management agencies upon requirement if we don’t have yours.
