WorkCover Remedial Massage focuses on releasing tight or injured muscles, improving circulation, and supporting recovery from physical strain.
Your sessions may include:
- Targeted soft-tissue and trigger-point therapy
- Myofascial and stretching techniques
- Movement and posture guidance
- Home care or mobility strategies (as appropriate)
Each treatment is based on your approved injury management plan and WorkCover referral.

How the WorkCover Process Works
- Pre-Approval Required – Your WorkCover agent must approve Remedial Massage before appointments can be billed.
- Referral & Documentation – Your case manager gives you a letter confirming x number of remedial massage appointments (sometimes they will ask for a GP referral.
- Booking & Communication – Once approved, our admin team book your appointments
- Treatment & Reporting – We provide ongoing progress notes and reports as required.
Gap & Gap-Free Options
We offer both gap and gap-free WorkCover Remedial Massage** options**, depending on your insurer’s coverage and the session length.
Our admin team will confirm your eligibility and any out-of-pocket amount before booking — so there are no surprises.
