Teghan Hulbert – Senior Myo & Remedial Massage Therapist in Seville

Chronic Pain • Pregnancy Care • Athletic Recovery

Teghan’s path into Myotherapy began on the soccer field — after over a decade of playing (including Premier League level), she was no stranger to injury. Frequent sessions with her own Myotherapist sparked an early appreciation for the power of hands-on treatment. But it wasn’t until Year 12, when a teammate studying Myo inspired her, that the career path truly clicked.

Teghan went on to study Myotherapy at RMIT, where her love of the profession only grew. Dry needling became a favourite technique, and her clinical placements — including time with elite performers at the Australian College of Basketball and National Institute of Circus Arts — showed her just how transformative Myotherapy could be, both in recovery and performance.

Since graduating, Teghan has worked with some of Melbourne’s most elite sporting organisations, including AFL teams Richmond (during their 3 premierships in 4 years), Melbourne, and the Collingwood Women’s Football Club. Whether it’s managing soft tissue injuries, supporting high performance, or keeping athletes in the game — she thrives in this space.

As much as she’s passionate about performance, Teghan also brings deep empathy and personal insight to her work with clients in chronic pain. Having experienced persistent lower back pain herself, she understands how exhausting and isolating long-term pain can be — and how powerful the right treatment and support can be in turning things around.

After becoming a mum, Teghan’s focus expanded once again. She now leads our pregnancy massage services at Rapid Recovery, offering tailored care for women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She’s passionate about helping women feel supported, more comfortable, and confident in their changing bodies.

Teghan’s approach is centred on empowerment — combining skilled hands-on techniques with education that helps clients understand their own bodies. She believes the best outcomes come when people feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Every session is collaborative, with modalities like dry needling or cupping offered only with full consent and clear communication.

Outside the clinic, life revolves around her two young children (a toddler and a baby) — and she credits motherhood for keeping her grounded, playful, and endlessly curious. Whether she’s treating high-performing athletes, exhausted new mums, or people who feel stuck in chronic pain, Teghan brings compassion, clarity, and a calm presence to every appointment – Book her below.
