Stacey Ponton
Senior Myotherapist/ Remedial Massage Therapist & Clinical Excellence Mentor – Ferntree Gully
Stacey has always had a passion for sport and health — and after years of exploring different paths, she found her way into myotherapy, where she’s been helping people feel better in their bodies ever since.
With a background in Health Science, followed by qualifications in Remedial Massage and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, Stacey blends clinical knowledge with a genuinely human approach. Whether it’s a sports injury, chronic back pain, or that mysterious ache that just won’t go away, she loves figuring out what’s going on beneath the surface and tailoring treatment to what each client needs most.
Her experience includes time working with Essendon Football Club and plenty of hands-on practice treating sports-related issues. But Stacey’s not just about sport — she’s especially passionate about helping people who’ve been living with long-term pain and getting them real relief.
Stacey’s sessions are guided by what works best for you. She combines a variety of hands-on techniques, listens closely, and always makes sure you feel safe and comfortable — even in those awkward “do I leave my socks on?” moments.
Outside the clinic, Stacey is a proud mum and step-mum to three boys, which means she knows a thing or two about juggling life and looking after yourself. She also brings a unique perspective to her work, having lived with chronic pain herself — something that’s shaped her empathy and deepened her commitment to helping others feel better.
Stacey is also our Clinical Excellence Mentor at Ferntree Gully, supporting the growth of newer therapists and sharing her experience with the team. She’s all about learning, teaching, and making sure that anyone who comes to Rapid Recovery gets the best possible care.
Stacey is now available for bookings at our Ferntree Gully clinic!
