Monique is a dedicated remedial massage therapist who’s equally passionate about helping everyday people out of pain and supporting athletes in peak performance. Whether it’s a niggling back issue, tension from work stress, or recovery from sport or injury—Monique’s here to help.
Her journey into massage therapy started in 2017 during a soccer competition, when she was taught to massage by a teammate’s mum. That moment sparked a love for hands-on care, and she’s been honing her skills ever since.
With a strong sporting background herself, Monique has worked with professional teams including the Western Bulldogs (AFL) and Melbourne City (A-League)—experiences that shaped her understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. But just as importantly, she brings that same level of care to anyone who walks through the door—whether you’re on the field, at a desk, or chasing after kids all day.
Monique’s approach is results-focused, intuitive, and tailored to each person. She’s not just treating the sore spot—she’s thinking about what’s driving the pain and how to help you feel better long-term. She’s also known for her calm, grounding presence, and ability to make clients feel truly listened to, supported, and safe.
She’s especially passionate about:
