At Rapid Recovery, our AHPRA-registered Osteopaths and qualified Remedial Massage Therapists work with clients receiving government-funded Home Care Packages (HCP).
We bring safe, hands-on care and movement guidance with the aim of assisting you to stay mobile and living in your own home, for longer.
What Our Treatments Include
Osteopathy (AHPRA-registered)
Osteopathy is a form of Allied Health care that focuses on how the body’s muscles, joints and movement patterns work together.
Our Osteopaths provide:
- Gentle manual techniques (if clinically appropriate)
- Movement and posture assessments
- Education on safe mobility, daily activity and falls prevention
- Simple exercises to support independence and function
Osteopathy may be suitable for clients seeking support with age-related stiffness, recovery from minor injury, or maintaining general mobility under the guidance of a registered practitioner.
Remedial Massage (Diploma-qualified)
Remedial Massage can complement Osteopathic care or be provided on its own.
It may assist with:
- General muscle tension or postural strain
- Comfort for arthritis or inactivity
- Circulation and relaxation
- Recovery following illness or hospital stay
All treatments are individually adjusted for comfort, safety and goals.
How It Works
- Assessment & Plan Alignment — We liaise with your provider to ensure services fit your current care plan.
- We Book You In — Our practitioners bring all necessary equipment and maintain infection-control standards.
- Professional Treatment — Your receive treatment in clinic or if required we can arrange home visits (there is a travel fee).

Osteopathy and Remedial Massage can be included in:
- Home Care Packages (Levels 2–4)
- Private Self-Funded Visits
We work directly with approved providers or issue receipts for private payment.
