What is Remedial Massage?
Remedial Massage focuses on releasing tight or injured muscles, improving circulation, and supporting recovery from physical strain.
Your sessions may include:
Targeted soft-tissue and trigger-point therapy
Myofascial and stretching techniques
Movement and posture guidance
Home care or mobility strategies (as appropriate)
Each treatment is based on your approved injury management plan and WorkCover referral.

Our Remedial Massage is designed to support recovery from work-related injuries - not general fatigue or soreness.

The WorkCover process
Pre-Approval Required - Your WorkCover agent must approve Remedial Massage before appointments can be processed.
Referral & Documentation - Your case manager gives you a letter confirming x number of remedial massage appointments (sometimes they will ask for a GP referral).
Booking & Communication - Once approved, our admin team book your appointments
Treatment & Reporting - We provide ongoing progress notes and reports as required.
Gap & Gap-Free options
We offer both gap and gap-free WorkCover Remedial Massage options, depending on your insurer's coverage and the session length.
Our admin team will confirm your eligibility and any out-of-pocket amount before booking - so there are no surprises.
Coordinated care
